The Institute for Community College Development at Cornell University (ICCD) is a partnership between Cornell University and the State University of New York. ICCD focuses on different roles of two- and four-year institutions and creating partnerships between these institutions to build up and widen professional connections. The Institute provides programming and research support for community colleges and offers education and professional development opportunities for current and future administrators and faculty members of community colleges.
