CCTL
Online Department of Human Resource Education
The CCTL Online program is a professional development sequence for community college faculty seeking increased effectiveness in classroom instruction. The curriculum is designed to increase teaching effectiveness of faculty and build the instructional leadership of supervisory personnel. This curriculum is focused on the effective design and implementation of quality instruction, contemporary instructional technology, and innovations such as peer-based collaboration and active learning structure. The sequence of courses spans four terms and a summer (one and a half years). Students are part of a cohort beginning in the fall term. For those interested in a graduate degree, the CCTL Online courses may be applied after formal admission to a degree program. See also the Community College Leadership program under degree programs.
